How we distribute quilts

Quilts from Caring Hands donates quilts to children through the following Oregon agencies:

Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARDV) — support for women and children leaving abusive homes
Children’s Farm Home — residential treatment center for troubled teens
Corvallis Pregnancy Care Center — emotional and material support for women in need
Good Samaritan Hospital — needy newborns receive our quilts, as well as the pediatric chemotherapy unit
Parent Enhancement Program (PEP) — support for infants of teen mothers
Department of Human Services — foster-care children
Vina Moses — helps low income families
June’s Kid Kloset/Baby Bank — helps low income families
ABC House — advocacy center for abused children
Willamette ESD and Linn Benton Lincoln
ESD — tactile quilts for visually impaired children
Homeless 509J

All items are distributed to these agencies on a quarterly basis.
